About Us

Base Net is a national Non-Governmental Organization working in humanitarian and development sectors to ensure vulnerable people and communities are empowered with dignity to live their active lives and aspirations. It was founded mainly by two South Sudanese nationals who were motivated by protracted complex emergencies like violent conflict, displacement, loss of property and livelihoods in addition to recurrent natural disaster being endured by the people particularly the vulnerable population in the world’s newest nation – South Sudan. We aspire for effective and efficient organization that is committed to working with partners, donors, affected people, government and key observers to find lasting solution to vulnerability and poverty in South Sudan. Base Net was registered on 29th January 2018 in Juba under Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC).
